Behavior[]
Financial Reps will give a loan to customers who don't have enough money to afford the items they want. They work similar to managers, as they require a desk to work. Unlike managers, customers interact with them.
When a customer needs a loan, they will sit down in their office area, and ask for a loan. The Financial Rep will then check their credit balance, and tell them if they are approved or if they are denied.
The loan customers get comes from an artificial bank and not your money to clear up any confusion.

Note - Sometimes a customer can fail the 'credit check' and will still complain.
Is it worth the price?[]
Absolutely as the money loaned to customers doesn't come from your account there is no reason why yous should not buy finance reps.
TIP: if you have set a loan limit, customers might not get a loan from the finance rep so make sure to keep the limit to 'Any'.
